Day 1: Back on Track

So I had a Weigh In, and I'm 119. I have a goal to lose five pounds,

Getting In Shape for the New Year's

Dont fret, all of us want to shed a few pounds in the new year,
especially when the holidays stack us up to the brim with
sweet treats and seasonal delights. So, what can we do
to PREVENT the stretching and etch-ripping food cravings
that reap over us during Christmas? Well, for one moderation is key.
Second, eating until your full isn't going to do. Stopping right before
you are satisfied allows the food to digest much quicker, leaving
room for snacks later. It's best to save room- than be sorry.
