Treat Yourself :)

Training yourself to be good to your mind, body, and spirit can really weigh on a person's inside emotions. So the one thing I say to this, is-- TREAT yourself.
Be kind, and go on a spa day..or a girl day and LIVE. So this whole next
month I am devoting a new segment on my youtube channel to PAMPERING and
giving yourself the star treatment from facials, to sun tanning ,to safe
and easy waxing* yes waxing//ahem..lol, and much much- many many more.

55 Jumping Jacks
-Rest-
200 Crunches {on floor}
55 Jumping Jacks
-Rest-
Cardio: Speed Walk
Cardio: Run in place 15 minutes
Rest- take water
55 Jumping Jacks
Weights: 10 lb. dumbells 20 reps each arm

Finish with water
