Full Workout This Week!

55 Jumping Jacks
-Rest-
200 Crunches {on floor}
55 Jumping Jacks
-Rest-
Cardio: Speed Walk
Cardio: Run in place 15 minutes
Rest- take water
55 Jumping Jacks
Weights: 10 lb. dumbells 20 reps each arm

Finish with water
