*85 Jumping Jacks

*200 Crunches

*25 Oblique Touches = 50 total SET FOR EACH SIDES

-15 lb. Dumbell Arm Lifts

-Cardio Run in place

-Cardio Walk 20 Minutes

-Cardio- Run on 5.2 Speed for 20 Minutes.
